Teesha is the center manager at Vascular Action since February 2015. She has a strong background in the field of Radiology and is a certified Radiologic Technologist. She has been married for over twenty years and has two amazing boys. She is congenial and loves to interact with people from all backgrounds. She spends her free time gardening, watching her Son’s soccer games, and building positive relationships.

Niurka (RN)
Niurka is a wife, mother and grandmother of two beautiful grandsons. She was born in Cuba and moved
to the US in 2008. She studied nursing in Puerto Rico and then proudly gained her American citizenship
in 2017.

Meet The Team
Amy is a native-born Floridian who has lived in St. Petersburg all her life. She is a wife, mother and
grandmother who welcomed her first granddaughter in July 2018. She studied nursing here in Tampa.
Tom is originally from Ocklawaha, FL who moved to Tampa in 2015 with his wife. Together they have six
children and one grandson. He is a former Marine, and he studied radiography in Ocala, Fl.
Our Staff
Dr. Leclercq is a Board Certified Nephrologist and Internist. After graduating with honors from the University of Louvain in Brussels, Belgium, he began his medical career in private family practice and pediatrics.
Dr. Leclercq pursued his long term goal of studying nephrology by completing his residency at the University of Miami. Soon after, he became a member of the medical research team at the prestigious Harvard University. He later returned to the University of Miami as a leading member of their research team. Dr. Leclercq has over 20 years of experience and is an entrepreneur in his field. He refined his practice by performing interventional procedures on dialysis vascular access patients and brings his highly skilled expertise to the patients of the greater Tampa Bay area. He and his team have successfully performed more than 10,000 procedures and continue to do so with Vascular Action in Dialysis Vascular Access Care.

As a well-seasoned traveler, musician, and lover of languages, TJ is a very diverse individual. Although he started at Vascular Action as the center manager, TJ has since continued with more clinical roles for the past four years due to a strong passion in medicine. He is currently in the middle of the application process for medical school in hopes to eventually become a physician.

Samantha is our new radiologic technologist. She is a recent graduate of Hillsborough Community College. In her spare time she loves taking her Chihuahua Mimi to the beach and spending time with family and friends.
